摘要
为研究空气代替N2驱替煤层瓦斯的可行性,基于高压容量法,研究了煤对不同浓度配比的N2-O2混合气体的竞争吸附特性,得到试验煤样对N2-O2混合气体竞争吸附规律以及煤对混合气体中O2的吸附规律。研究表明:煤对N2-O2二元混合气体的吸附常数介于煤对单组分的N2与O2的吸附常数之间,并且随着N2浓度的提高,吸附常数也逐渐增大,趋近于煤对单组分的N2的吸附常数;煤对混合气体中O2的吸附量处于很低水平,试验测试点范围内最大吸附量仅为1mL/g,并没有达到自燃的界限。根据试验结果可知,用空气代替N2驱替煤层瓦斯是可行的。

Abstract
In order to study the feasibility that air replace the N2 displacement out coal bed gas, based on the high pressure volume method, the paper had a study
on the coal competitive adsorption features of different concentration blended N2-02 mixed gas.The N2-O2 mixed gas competitive adsorption law of the test coal sampl
es and the coal adsorption law of 02 in the mixed gas were obtained.The study showed that the coal adsorption constant of N2-O2 two element mixed gas was between
the adsorption constant of the single component N2 and 02.With the N2 concentration increased, the adsorption constant would be steadily increased and would be clo
sed to the adsorption constant of the single component N2.The coal adsorption value of 02 in the mixed gas would be in a low level, the max adsorption value within th
e test scope of the experiment was only 1 mL/g and would not reach the spontaneous combustion limit. The experiment results showed that air applied to replace N2 dis
placement out coal bed gas was feasible.
