    针对矿用刮板输送机传统装配效率低和成本较高的现状,以某型号刮板输送机为研究对象,采用Pro/Engineer进行基础建模,以集成化双通道柱幕系统作为硬件支持,以Visual Studio和Open Scene Graph作为系统的软件平台,实现了具有虚拟手模型操作、自动演示、碰撞检测、路径记录、协同装配以及立体显示等功能的刮板输送机虚拟装配系统。该系统具有很好的沉浸性和交互性,提高了产品的可装配性和刮板输送机研发效率,降低了设计成本。
  • Abstract
    According to status of the low conventional assembling efficiency and high cost of the mine scraper conveyor,taking a mode scraper conveyor as a study object,the Pro 1 Engineer was applied to the basic modeling. With integrated double channel prop scene system as the hardware support,with the Visual Studio and Ope n Scene Graph as the software platform of the system,a virtual assembling system of the scraper conveyor with a virtual hand model operation,automatic display,ollisio n inspection,route recording,coordinated assembling and stereo display and other functions were realized. The system with good immersion and interaction could impro ve the assemblability of products and the development efficiency of scraper conveyor and could reduce the design cost.
