摘要
为了满足边缘控制器实时采集传感器信号的需求,设计了一种基于FreeRTOS的16位8通道模拟量数据采集模块。该模块以STM32F103单片机作为主控制器,围绕AD7606芯片实现数据采集与模数转换,利用FreeRTOS实时操作系统灵活地进行任务管理与调度,将转换后的数据快速而准确地发送给边缘控制器。在某边缘控制器设备上进行实验,结果表明该模块性能良好、误差小,精度高,满足设计需求。

Abstract
In order to meet the real-time collection of sensor signals by edge controllers, a 16 bit 8-channelanalog data acquisition module based on FreeRTOS is designed.This module uses the STM32F103 microcontroller as the main controller, and implements data acquisition and analog-to-digital conversion around theAD7606 chip.It flexibly manages and schedules tasks using the FreeRTOS real-time operating system, andquickly and accurately sends the converted data to the edge controller.The experiment ias conducted on a certain edge controller device, and the results showed that the module had good performance, small errors, highaccuracy, and met the design requirements.
