Study on the mechanism of blasting roof cutting and pressure relief of roadway protection under deep thick and hard roof

为解决双马一矿深部巷道在厚硬顶板条件下持续大变形的问题,本文采用理论计算、FLAC3D数值模拟、现场试验等多种方法对不同切顶参数下切顶效果进行研究,对切顶后巷道围岩垂直应力分布云图进行分析,根据数值模拟及现场实际观测结果,确定了切顶高度为10 m、切顶角度为0时效果最好,可使巷道围岩基本处于低应力状态,从而减弱了在采动影响下迎采掘进巷道围岩变形失稳问题,通过切顶卸压技术保护了相邻工作面顺槽及煤柱顶板的完整性,为同类型地质条件下矿井坚硬顶板治理提供了一定思路。
In order to solve the problem of continuous large deformation of deep roadway in Shuangma No.1 Mine under the condition of thick and hard roof, theoretical calculation, FLAC3D numerical simulation, field test and other methods were used to study the effect of roof cutting under different roof cutting parameters, and the contours of vertical stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock after roof cutting was analyzed. According to the results of numerical simulation and field observation, it was determined that the best effect was achieved when the cutting height was 10 m and the cutting angle was 0, which could basically keep the surrounding rock of the roadway in a low stress state, thereby reducing the problem of deformation and instability of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the influence of mining. The integrity of the adjacent working face trough and coal pillar roof was protected through roof cutting and pressure relief technology, providing a certain idea for the treatment of hard roof slabs in mines under the same type of geological conditions.
