Design of Air Suspension for Mining Vehicles andAnalysis of Rollover Stability

介绍了矿用车辆空气悬架的结构、设计要求,阐述了其选型依据,设计了控制系统,并以WC6R(B)防爆车的设计为例进行选型,为评估该车的抗倾翻能力,建立了倾翻力学模型,提出了使用倾翻因子评价矿用车辆在水平路面上转弯时的抗倾翻能力,经分析和工业性试验结果表明,该悬架系统具有重量轻、舒适、刚度可随载荷变化、抗侧倾能力强的优点。
The structure and design requirements of air suspension for mining vehicles were introduced, itsselection basis was expounded, the control system was designed, and it was successfully applied to WC6R (B)explosion-proof vehicles. In order to evaluate the rollover ability of the vehicle, a tipping mechanical model wasestablished. At the same time, it was proposed that the rollover factor be used to evaluate the anti-rollover ability ofmining vehicles when turning on the horizontal road. The results of simulation and industrial test showed that thesuspension had the advantages of light weight, comfort, stiffness that can change with load, strong rollover ability.
