摘要
滚筒部件的状态监测与故障诊断一直是设备维护管理人员的难题,传统的技术手段很难达到预期的效果。基于应力波技术,提取应力波能量SWE、脉冲能量SWPE和脉冲峰高SWPA3个特征指标,并采用均值方差标准阈值方法给出特征指标的报警阈值。同时,通过应力波时域图、直方图以及频谱图诊断出滚筒驱动端轴承存在润滑不良现象,经过检修更换润滑油脂,特征指标明显下降、图谱结构恢复正常,有效地避免了滚筒轴承故障的持续恶化。实践证明,提出的分析方法能够有效对多绳摩擦式提升机的运行状态进行监测与诊断。

Abstract
The status monitoring and fault diagnosis of drum components have always been a challenge forequipment maintenance and management personnel, and traditional technical methods are difficult to achieve theexpected results. Based on stress wave technology, three characteristic indicators of stress wave energy SWE, pulseenergy SWPE, and pulse peak height SWPA were extracted, and the alarm threshold of the characteristic indicatorswas given using the mean variance standard threshold method. At the same time, it was diagnosed through stresswave time-domain diagrams, histograms, and spectrograms that there was poor lubrication in the roller drive endbearings. After maintenance and replacement of lubricating grease, the characteristic indicators significantlydecreased and the graph structure returned to normal, effectively avoiding the continuous deterioration of rollerbearing faults. Practice has proven that the proposed analysis method can effectively monitor and diagnose theoperating status of multi-rope friction hoists.
