摘要
为提高煤矿井下锚杆切割的安全性和切割效率,设计一种液压驱动便携锚杆冷切割设备。介绍了其结构组成及工作原理。建立了锚杆切割仿真分析模型,将正交试验和仿真分析结合研究了刀具前角和后角对切割应力的影响,研究发现刀具前角对切割应力影响较大并优化了刀具前后角最佳角度,确定刀具前角最佳角度为2°,后角最佳角度为0°。通过锚杆切割试验检验了优化结果的特性,结果表明:液压驱动便携锚杆冷切割设备具有较好的切割性能。

Abstract
To improve the safety and cutting efficiency of underground anchor rod cutting in coal mines, ahydraulic driven portable anchor rod cold cutting equipment was designed. Its structural composition and workingprinciple were introduced. A simulation analysis model for anchor rod cutting was established, and orthogonalexperiments and simulation analysis were combined to study the influence of tool rake angle and rake angle oncutting stress. The study found that the rake angle of the tool had a significant impact on cutting stress andoptimized the optimal rake angle of the tool. The optimal rake angle of the tool was determined to be 2°, and theoptimal rake angle of the rake angle was determined to be 0°. The characteristics of the optimized results wereverified through anchor rod cutting tests, and the results showed that the hydraulic driven portable anchor rod coldcutting equipment had good cutting performance.
