摘要
针对我国矿山城市采煤沉陷区土地资源工程建设利用难的问题,在统计采煤沉陷区发展现状、综合治理及其工程建设利用率的基础上,分析了利用采煤沉陷区场地进行工程建设的必要性。从框架结构抗变形原理、共同作用机理、混凝土框架结构及钢框架结构抗变形技术等4个方面,总结分析了框架结构建筑物变形损害与保护技术的研究发展历程与不足之处;并展望了框架结构建筑物抗变形技术的发展方向:地表移动变形下大跨及多高层框架结构附加效应的动态演化规律,地表移动变形下地基-基础-结构共同作用的力学行为及变形协同机制,框架结构建筑物新型抗变形技术,框架结构建筑物抗震抗变形调控技术,以便形成地表移动变形下框架结构建筑物的综合理论与技术体系,为实现采煤沉陷区进行大型框架结构建筑物工程建设利用提供理论和技术支撑。

Abstract
China’s mining cities are faced with the difficult problem of utilizing coal mining subsidence area land resources for engineering construction. On the basis of statistics of the development status of coal mining subsidence area, comprehensive treatment and its engineering construction utilization rate, the necessity of using coal mining subsidence area site for engineering construction is analyzed. The research and development history and shortcomings of the deformation damage and protection technology of frame structure buildings are summarized and analyzed from four aspects, such as the principle of deformation resistance of frame structures, the mechanism of common action, grouting reinforcement technology and building deformation resistance technology; and the development direction of deformation resistance technology of frame structure buildings is also prospected: dynamic evolution law of additional effect of large-span and multi-storey frame structure under surface movement deformation, mechanical behaviour and deformation synergy mechanism of foundation-foundation-structure joint action, new anti-deformation technology of frame structure building, and anti-seismic and anti-deformation regulation technology of frame structure building, so as to form a comprehensive theoretical and technical system of frame structure building under surface movement deformation and provide theoretical and technological support for the realization of the large-scale frame structure building construction and utilization of the coal mining subsidence area.
