摘要
针对传统巷道支护方式施工效率低,进而限制巷道掘进效率的问题,设计了新型支护支架。通过SolidWorks建立三维装配体模型,并通过ANSYSWorkbench软件运用内加载与中间外加载这两种加载方式对该支架进行了静载特性分析。结果表明,中间外加载情况下支架变形是内加载的10.27倍,应力、应变分别为内加载的2.14、2.13倍;内加载情况下支架变形主要集中在掩护架和平衡千斤顶的铰接点附近,而中间外加载情况下支架变形主要集中在顶梁架前端;内加载情况下支架的应力、应变主要出现在顶梁架与支撑千斤顶的铰接耳座、掩护架与平衡千斤顶的铰接耳座,而中间外加载情况下支架的应力、应变主要出现在加载平板与顶梁架接触区域,掩护架、前连杆也有较为明显的应力、应变;通过选择合适的材料,可使两种加载方式下的支架都具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract
Aiming at the low construction efficiency of traditional roadway support method, which limits the tunneling efficiency, a new type of support was designed. The three-dimensional assembly model was established by Solid Works, and the static load characteristics of the support under internal loading and intermediate external loading were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that the deformation of the support under intermediate external loading is 10. 27 times of that under internal loading, and the stress and strain are 2. 14 and 2. 13 times, respectively; the support deformation under internal loading mainly concentrates in the vicinity of the articulation point of the cover frame and the counterbalance jacks, whereas that under intermediate external loading mainly concentrates in the front end of the upper beam frame. The support stress and strain under internal loading mainly appear in the hinged point of the articulated bearing supports of upper beam frame and the supporting jacks, and the articulated bearing supports of the cover frame and the balancing jacks; while under intermediate external loading, those mainly appear in the contact area between the loading plate and the upper beam frame, and the cover frame and the front connecting rod also had more obvious stress and strain. By choosing the appropriate material, the support can be highly reliable in both loading modes.
