    新查庄煤矿8煤层与9煤层间距较小,属于极近距离煤层,8煤层采空区的存在对9煤层的采掘活动存在较大影响。采用FLAC3D计算机数值模拟的方法研究8煤层底板破坏深度为2.7m;采用巷道围岩松动圈探测的方法研究9煤层顶板破坏深度为1.1m;采用理论计算的方法和工程岩体等级支护法对巷道围岩参数进行计算,综合计算结果得到可靠的支护参数:煤层顶板为泥灰岩厚度≥0.7m时,顶板锚杆型号为Ф18mm×1600mm,间排距为1100mm×2600mm;顶板锚索直径为Ф17.8mm,间排距为1200mm×3000mm,长度5.0m(外露与托盘厚度0.5m)。采用数值模拟FLAC3D的方法对巷道围岩支护效果进行模拟,分析巷道变形量在可控范围内,支护方案效果明显,支护设计参数合理。
  • Abstract
    The spacing between the 8th coal seam and 9th coal seam in Xinchazhuang Coal Mine is relatively small, belonging to extremely close distance coal seams. The existence of the goaf in the 8th coal seam has a significant impact on the mining and excavation activities of the 9th coal seam. The FLAC computer numerical simulation method is used to study the damage depth of the 8th coal seam floor, which is 2.7 m; The method of roadway surrounding rock loose circle detection is used to study the damage depth of the 9th coal seam roof, which is 1.1 m; Using theoretical calculation method and engineering rock mass grade support method to calculate the surrounding rock parameters of the roadway, reliable support parameters are obtained based on the comprehensive calculation results: when the coal seam roof is made of mudstone with a thickness of ≥ 0.7 m, the roof anchor bolt model is Φ 18 mm × 1600 mm, and the spacing between rows is 1100 mm × 2600 mm; The diameter of the anchor cable on the roof is 17.8 mm, with a spacing between rows of 1200 mm× 3000 mm and a length of 5.0 m (exposed and tray thickness of 0.5 m). The numerical simulation FLAC method is used to simulate the support effect of the roadway surrounding rock, and the deformation amount of the roadway is analyzed to be within a controllable range. The support scheme has significant effects and the support design parameters are reasonable.
