摘要
受深部高应力和大范围空间采动影响,采区上下山等准备巷道存在变形破坏严重、反复维修等问题,以新集一矿3608(6)采区地质和开采为工程背景,提出利用定向长距离水力压裂技术控制石门变形破坏的力学机理,即切断高位主关键层,阻断采空区上部动静载荷向工作面前方的传递,改善石门围岩应力环境,设计360801工作面水力压裂切顶卸压方案与施工工艺,压裂钻孔靠煤柱侧顶板,距离煤帮约1m,钻孔直径75mm,倾角为72°和77°,孔深为27.8m和28.5m,钻孔间距为10m。现场试验结果表明,压裂区岩层出现了较多裂缝,弱化明显,-706m轨道石门两帮和顶底板围岩变形量均得到有效控制,围岩完整性良好。

Abstract
Affected by deep high stress and large-scale spatial mining, there are problems such as serious deformation and damage, as well as repeated maintenance and others in the preparation roadways of the up and down mountains and so on in the mining area. Taking the geological and mining of the 3608 (6) mining area in Xinji No.1 Mine as the engineering background, this paper proposes to use directional long distance hydraulic fracturing technol-ogy to control the mechanical mechanism of stone gate deformation and damage, that is, to cut off the high-level main key layer, block the transmission of dynamic and static loads from the upper part of the goaf to the front of the working face, improve the stress environment of the stone gate surrounding rock, design the hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure re-lief scheme and construction technique for the 360801 working face, fracture and drill bore-hole near the coal pillar side roof, about 1 m away from the coal side, with a borehole diameter of 75 mm, inclination angles of 72° and 77°, hole depths of 27.8 m and 28.5 m, borehole spacing of 10 m. The on-site test results show that there are many cracks in the rock strata of the fracturing area, with significant weakening. The deformation amount of the surrounding rock on both sides and the roof and floor of the -706 m track stone gate are effectively con-trolled, and the integrity of the surrounding rock is good.
