    为解决陕西榆林金鸡滩煤矿曹家货场至牛家梁矿区的煤炭集运系统在使用过程中出现火车车厢物料不平整、部分物料冒出车厢上平面,严重影响集运站的运行速度与安全等问题,设计采用平煤压实设备进行火车车厢的自动平煤,实现煤炭集运系统的高效运行。钢框架的安全及稳定性是设计平煤压实设备的关键,通过分析钢框架结构在压实机构运行及使用过程中的受力状态,确定结构所受的恒载荷、活荷载、风载荷及地震载荷;基于3D3S软件对其进行合理的荷载组合及施加,校核动态荷载作用下钢结构的强度和整体稳定性,确保其满足压实设备在各类工况下的使用要求。经现场试验,压实设备运行平稳、煤炭物料平整度良好,实现了该矿区煤炭物料装车运输过程的全自动化。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of uneven materials in train carriages, some materials protruding from the upper plane of carriages during the use process of the coal consolidation system from Caojia Freight Yard to Niujialiang Mining Area in Jinjitan Coal Mine, Yulin, Shaanxi, which seriously affects the operation speed and safety of the consolidation station and so on, a flat coal compaction equipment is designed to automatically flatten the coal in train carriages and achieve efficient operation of the coal consolidation system. The safety and stability of steel frameworks are key to designing flat coal compaction equipment. By analyzing the force bearing state of the steel framework structure during the process of operation and usage of the compaction mechanism, the constant load, live load, wind load, and seismic load that the structure is subjected to can be determined; Based on 3D3S software, reasonable load combination and application are carried out to verify the strength and overall stability of the steel structure under dynamic load action, ensuring that it meets the usage requirements of compaction equipment under various working conditions. Through on-site testing, the compaction equipment runs smoothly and the coal material has good flatness, achieving full automation of the coal material loading and transportation process in this mining area.
