摘要
为解决大南湖一矿1309工作面受两条向斜轴影响,造成工作面煤炭资源的回收率和生产效率降低等问题,提出了特殊地质条件下的一种新型工作面的采煤方法—“V”形采煤工作面开采方法。通过相似材料模拟试验及开展现场工业试验,对“V”形采煤工作面的特点、采煤工艺、关键技术及开采注意事项等方面进行了深入研究。结果表明:顶板覆岩垮落带高度为20m,断裂带高度为118m;确定两带高于地表区、两带重叠地表区和两带低于地表区的放煤高度;采取打设单体液压支柱、抽减支架方式,保证工作面在回采期间的两端头有效支护;工作面采空区防灭火采取连续注氮、喷洒阻化剂方式,注氮流量不低于225m3/h。

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of reduced working face coal resource recovery rate, production efficiency and so on caused by the influence of two synclinal axes on the 1309 working face of Dananhu No.1 Mine, a new type of mining method for working faces under special geological conditions, the "V"-shaped coal mining working face mining method, is proposed. Through similar material simulation experiments and carrying out on-site industrial tests, in-depth research is conducted on aspects such as characteristics, coal mining technology, key technologies, mining precautions and others of the "V"-shaped coal mining working face. The results show that the height of the roof overburden rock caving zone is 20 m and the height of the fault zone is 118 m; Determine the coal discharge height for two zones higher than the surface, two zones overlapping the surface, and two zones lower than the surface; Adopting the method of setting up single body hydraulic support and removing and reducing bracket to ensure effective support at both ends of the working face during the stoping period; The way of continuous nitrogen injection and spraying of flame retardants are adopted for fire prevention and extinguishing in the goaf of the working face, with a nitrogen injection flow rate of not less than 225 m/h.
