    11103工作面为磁窑沟矿11号煤层圈定的最后一个长壁综采工作面,该工作面推采至920m位置时,受地垒构造影响,大范围大断面割砂岩,正常回采受阻。针对11103工作面割矸范围及断面大、砂岩坚硬截齿难破裂、局部区域顶板破碎易漏顶、跳采准备及搬家倒面影响时间较长的实际情况,磁窑沟矿从回风顺槽探测分析工作面构造赋存及变化情况,采用爆破+机割回采工艺,通过优化现场人员劳动组织、对比分析矸石深孔与浅孔爆破施工效果、制定甩矸及顶板管控等调整措施顺利通过构造区域。实践证明,通过地垒构造区域采用浅孔预裂爆破+机割进行回采,可减少坚硬矸石对回采影响,保证矿井产量及正常接续,为类似矿井解决相关问题提供借鉴。
  • Abstract
    The 11103 working face is the last longwall fully mechanized mining face delineated by the No. 11 coal seam of Ciyaogou Mine. When this working face is pushed and mined to the 920 m position, it is affected by the horst structure and large range and large cross section cutting sandstone, which blocked normal stoping. In response to the actual situation of the 11103 working face, which has a large range and large cross section of gangue cutting, sandstone hard cutting pick that are difficult to break, roof breakage in partical areas that are prone to roof leakage, and relatively long impact time of jumping mining preparation and moving and face overturning, Ciyaogou Mine analyzes the occurrence and changes situation of the working face structure from the detection of the return air channel. The blasting+machine cutting stoping technology is adopted to optimize the labor organization of on-site personnel, compare and analyze the blasting construction effect of gangue deep hole and shallow hole, and formulate adjustment measures such as throwing gangue, roof management and control and others to smoothly pass through the structural area. The practice proves that using shallow hole pre splitting blasting+machine cutting for stoping in the horst structure area can reduce the impact of hard gangue on stoping, ensure mine output and normal continuity, and provide reference for solving related problems in similar mines.
