摘要
赵固二矿以前在对二1煤回采过程中,使用分层开采并留设较宽的区段煤柱。为提高资源采出率、延长矿井服务年限,提出将区段煤柱作为独立工作面进行综放开采的遗煤回收方案。通过数值模拟及现场工业性试验,分析了区段煤柱工作面覆岩运动及矿压显现规律。研究发现,区段煤柱内部应力呈两侧高、中间低的“马鞍型”分布;工作面回采期间,超前支承压力峰值位于距煤壁5~10m处,显著影响范围为30~35m;液压支架压力数据显示,煤柱“二次见方”时矿压显现明显,区段煤柱回采过程中周期来压步距约为20m。研究结果表明,受采动影响的区段煤柱仍可作为独立工作面进行综放开采,验证了区段煤柱独立回采的可行性。

Abstract
Previously, during the stoping process of the two1 coal in Zhaogu No.2 Mine, layered mining is used and relatively wide section coal pillars are reserved. In order to improve the resource extraction rate and extend the service life of the mine, a residual coal recovery scheme is proposed to use section coal pillars as independent working faces for fully mechanized mining. Through numerical simulation and on-site industrial experiments, the overlying rock movement and mine pressure behavior law in the section coal pillar working face are analyzed. The research finds that the internal stress of section coal pillars exhibits a "saddle shaped" distribution with high on both sides and low in the middle; During the stoping period of the working face, the peak value of the advanced support stress is located 5-10 m away from the coal wall, with a significant impact range of 30-35 m; The pressure data of the hydraulic support shows that the mine pressure behavior is obvious when the coal pillar is "quadratic square", and the periodic pressure step distance during the stoping process of the section coal pillar is about 20 m. The research results indicate that the coal pillars affected by mining can still be used as independent working faces for fully mechanized mining, which verifies the feasibility of independent stoping of section coal pillars.
