    针对回采工作面采空区自燃“三带”划分周期长,常规测定方法无法顺利、准确地抽取采空区内气样问题,提出了基于钻孔的工作面采空区自燃“三带”划分方法,利用工作面下方底板岩巷、上方高抽巷或相邻巷道向采空区或顺槽设置测点位置布置钻孔,封孔后采用取气装置对各布置测点取气样分析,自动进行工作面“三带”分布的动态分析判定,实现“三带”分布的动态可视化,并将此方案运用到肖家洼煤矿211301工作面。实践证明,该方案能高效地对工作面采空区自燃“三带”进行合理划分,为工作面推采进度提出了合理建议,为采空区煤自燃防治提供宝贵经验。
  • Abstract
    In view of the problem of the long division cycle of the spontaneous combustion "three zones" in the stoping face goaf and the inability of conventional measurement methods to smoothly and accurately extract gas samples from the goaf, a drilling based method for dividing the spontaneous combustion "three zones" in the working face goaf is proposed. The method uses the floor rock roadway below the working face, the upper high drainage roadway, or adjacent roadways to set locations of measurement points towards the goaf or groove to arrange boreholes. After sealing the holes, a gas sampling device is used to take gas samples from each arranged measurement point for analysis. The dynamic analysis and judgment of the distribution of the "three zones" in the working face are automatically conducted, achieving dynamic visualization of the distribution of the "three zones", and this scheme is applied to the 211301 working face of Xiaojiawa Coal Mine. The practice proves that this scheme can efficiently conduct reasonable division of the spontaneous combustion "three zones" in the working face goaf, provide reasonable suggestions for the pushing and mining progress of the working face, and provide valuable experience for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.
