摘要
为了研究葫芦素煤矿2-1煤层煤自燃指标体系,利用煤自然发火标志气体指标实验开展了葫芦素煤矿21404工作面采空区不同氧浓度煤自然发火标志性气体及临界值研究,并分析了煤样自燃过程中气体产生规律及煤样的升温规律。研究结果表明,煤体温超过70~80℃,煤体CO产生速率、氧化放热强度、耗氧速度和升温速度均增加,故分析葫芦素煤矿2-1煤层临界温度为70~80℃;当煤温超过100~110℃时,耗氧速度以及CO、CO2、CH4等气体的产生率均急剧增加,故推断2-1煤干裂温度为100~110℃;确定了煤自然发火预警体系的指标气体,包括CO、C2H4、C2H2。根据CO、C2H4、C2H2等煤自然发火指标的生成规律,确定了葫芦素煤矿2-1煤层自然发火标志性气体及临界值,临界值为CO<30×10-6、CO≥30×10-6~80×10-6、C2H4>0、C2H2>0。研究结果对葫芦素煤矿2-1煤层煤自燃火灾预警和防治都有重要的指导意义。

Abstract
coal seam’ s spontaneous combustion index system in Hulusu coal mine, the natural igni-tion signature gas and critical value of coal in the goaf of different oxygen concentration on the 21404 working face of Hulusucoal mine are investigated, and the law of gas production and the heating law of the coal sample are analyzed; The resultsshow that when the coal temperature exceeds 70 ~ 80 ℃, CO production rate, oxygen consumption speed and heating rate areaccelerated, Therefore, it is concluded that the critical temperature of 2 coal is 70 ~ 80 ℃ ; When the coal temperature ex-ceeds 100 ~ 110 ℃, oxygen consumption speed, and gas production rates, such as CO and CH, are increased drastically.Therefore, it is concluded that the dry crack temperature of 2 coal is 100 ~ 110 ℃ ; We determine the index gases of thecoal natural fire early warning system, including CO, CH and CH. According to the generating rules of CO, CH, CH,the signature gas and critical value of natural ignition in 2 coal seam are CO < 30 × 10, CO≥30 × 10 ~ 80 × 10,C H > 0 and C H > 0. The results have guidingsignificance for the early warning and prevention of 2coal seam fire in Hulusu coal mine.
