沿空掘巷围岩破裂分区探测及其应用

    利用YTJ20型岩层探测记录仪对沿空掘巷围岩破裂进行分区探测,基于探测结果,应用巷道支护悬吊理论对巷道原支护方式进行评价和合理化研究。在未贯通巷道的已开掘段选取3个巷道断面,每个断面布置5个测点,采用岩层探测记录仪对各个测点进行钻孔摄像探测。观察其破裂变化过程,对探测结果统计,并作出破裂分区图。分析探测结果得出:顶板离层裂隙分散,裂隙较发育,采空区侧煤帮较实体煤侧破裂严重。据探测结果对巷道原支护参数提出修正:锚杆长度缩短200 mm,取消实体煤侧的锚网支护,经矿压监测表明,支护效果良好。
  • Abstract
    The YTJ20 strata detection recorder was applied to the broken region detection of the surrounding rock in the gateway driving along the goaf.Based on t he detection results, the gateway support suspension theory was applied to the evaluation and the rational study on the original support pattern of the gateway.There W ere three gateway cross sections selected in the excavated sections of the non through gateway.There were five measuring points selected in each cross section.The st rata detection recorder was applied to the borehole camera detection of each measuring point.With the observation of the broken process and the statistics of the detec tion result, the broken region drawing was made. The analysis and detection results showed that the roof bedding crack was separate, the development was high and th e compact coal of the coal wall in the goaf was broken seriously.The detection results could be applied to correct the original support parameters of the gateway.The len gth of the bolt was reduced by 200 mm, a bolt and steel mesh support was canceled to the support of the compact coal side. The mine pressure monitoring and measuri ng showed that the support effect was excellent.
