摘要
为选择合理的沿空留巷巷旁支护方式和参数,基于北徐楼矿薄煤层坚硬顶板地质技术条件,通过对比分析3种沿空留巷方案,选取在巷内采用工字钢棚加单体支柱支护、巷旁垒砌矸石带加强支护的方法进行沿空留巷,并优化设计了留巷参数,当梯形棚间距为0.8 m,矸石带宽度为3m时能够有效地解决了坚硬顶板难切顶问题,通过留巷试验,工作面超前明显影响范围为16.3 m,巷道断面收缩率平均为19.78%,能够满足下个工作面生产的要求。

n was conducted with the H steel bar shield and the single prop as the support means in the gateway and the coal rejects zone lined at the side of the goaf as the reinfo
rced support.The parameters of the gateway retained along the goaf side was optimized and designed.When the distance between the cipollettic shields was 0.8 m and
when the width of the coal reject zone was 3 m, the difficult breaking problem of the hard roof could be effectively solved.With the trial of the gateway retained along the
goaf, the pilot obvious influence scope of the coal mining face would be 16.3 m and the average convergence of the gateway cross section would be 19.78% which coul
d meet the production requirements of the next coal mining face.
