摘要
从刮板输送机动力学与控制要求出发,提出了刮板输送机软启动与负载均衡解耦控制的观点,并给出了控制框图。根据控制方法的要求,提出了变充液量下的液力偶合器外特性的Sigmoid函数模型,在此基础上,对液力偶合器模型进行了局部和全局线性化,得到了液力偶合器的线性化模型。该模型可直接用于刮板输送机控制系统性能分析。
