摘要
在对刮板输送机驱动系统的现状及存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出了刮板输送机的启动及运行控制要求,介绍了变频电动机驱动、CST可控驱动装置驱动及阀控充液型液力偶合器驱动系统的工作原理及特点,并从功能、技术性能、可靠性、技术经济性等方面对其优缺点进行了深入的分析和比较。分析认为,阀控充液型液力偶合器软启动系统功能完善、技术经济性合理,是重型刮板输送机理想的软启动装置。
