光纤传感器在煤场温度监测系统中的应用

    针对煤矿的煤场分布特征,提出了一种基于分布式光纤温度传感系统的煤场温度智能测量的应用方案,该方案解决了对煤场温度实时连续检测的问题。介绍了光纤温度传感系统的原理、特征以及其解调方法。通过小波分解和互相关延时过程相结合的方法对信号去噪,提高系统的信噪比。通过在50℃的温度下对该系统进行测试,验证了其实现的可行性和准确性。
  • Abstract
    According to the coal yard distribution features in the mine, an applied plan of the temperature itelligent measurement for the coal yard in the mine was provided based on the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor system.The applied plan solved the real time continuous detection problem of the temperature in the coal yard.The paper introduced the principle, features and adjustment method of the optical fiber temperature sensor system.The wavelet resolution and the related del ay process combined the method was applied to the remove the noise and to improve the signal noise rate of the system.The system was tested under the temperature of 50。C and the rlibility and accuracy of the system was verified.
