    为研究煤中Sc-CO2可溶性有机小分子对煤封存CO2影响及煤中生物标志物温和条件萃取方法研究奠定技术基础,以深部不可采煤层封存温室气体CO2所涉及的超临界CO2(Sc-CO2)与煤有机质作用为背景,建立一套煤的Sc-CO2萃取试验装置。根据煤中可萃取物量低和煤粉易于进入气路特点,开发出了可适于Sc-CO2静态/动态的煤萃取试验装置。详细分析了CO2增压和防煤尘方法、萃取条件控制方式、萃取物收集与富集过程。所开发的萃取装置集CO2增压、煤萃取、萃取物收集和富集于一体。该装置可用于在可控及高压条件下煤中微量可溶性有机化合物的Sc-CO2萃取试验研究。
  • Abstract
    In order to establish a technical foundation for the investigation of the effect of the soluble compounds of small molecular organic-matters in coal with Sc-CO2 on the CO2 sequestration,and the development of a method of Sc- CO2 extraction biomarker in coal at a mild condition,an experiment apparatus of coal extraction with Sc-CO2 was built based on the interaction between supercritical CO2(Sc-CO2 ) and the organic matter in coal in the fields of greenhouse gas CO2 sequestration into deep and unmineable coal seams. The apparatus could be employed in coal extraction with Sc-CO2 in both static and dynamic extraction modes under the controlled conditions based on the low content of extrac- ted matter in coal and easier penetration of coal dust into gas line. The paper describes in detail on the technique of CO2 pressure enhancement and coal dust control,the regulating method for extraction conditions,and the process of ex- tract collection and enrichment. The apparatus consists of CO2 pressure enhancement,coal extraction,collection and enrichment of extracts. The apparatus can be used to carry out the Sc-CO2 extraction of trace amounts of soluble organ- ic matters in coal at high pressure and under a controlled condition.
