巨厚松散层薄基岩工作面覆岩载荷传递特征研究

    基于华北部分矿区巨厚松散层、薄基岩工作面突水溃砂和压架事故的特点,为对赵固矿区覆岩采动破坏的"两带"高度预计、水害预测预报及支架选型的确定提供依据,运用关键层理论建立了硬岩复合破断上覆岩层载荷传递力学模型,推导出复合硬岩及上覆岩层载荷传递系数;根据研究区地质特征建立了地质力学模型,通过数值分析研究了薄基岩工作面开采覆岩的载荷传递效应和覆岩破坏特征。研究结果表明,厚松散层薄基岩工作面硬岩复合破断时上部硬岩与上覆岩层载荷传递系数为0.24~0.30;煤层覆岩采动破坏后水平切面上呈"O—X"型破断;工作面覆岩破坏的垮采比为3.85,裂采比为12;岩层移动角约为70°;工作面两端采动裂隙成为突水溃砂的主要通道。
  • Abstract
    Based on the characteristics of mine water inrush and sand inrush and the powered support jammed accident occurred in a coal mining face in thick unc onsolidated stratum and thin bedrock of partial mining area in North China, in order to provide references to estimate failure “two zones"height in the overburden rock b y mining operations, to predict and overcast the mine water disaster and to set up powered support selection, a key strata theory was applied to establish a load transm ission mechanics model of hard rock complicated breaking overburden rock strata and to infer load transmission coefficients of complex hard rock and overburden rock strata. According to geological characteristics in the study area, a geological mechanics model was established. A numerical analysis was applied to study load transmi ssion effect of mining overburden rock in coal mining face in thin bedrock and overburden rock failure characteristics. The study results showed that load transmission C oefficients of top hard rock and overburden rock strata were 0.24 ~ 0.30 when the hard rock above coal mining face in thin bedrock of thick unconsolidated stratum was complex breaking. When the overburden rock above seam was failure by mining operation, the horizontal section would be an"O-X"type breaking. A caving and mining r atio of overburden rock failure above coal mining face was 3.85 and the fracture and mining ratio was 12. A displacement angle of rock stratum was about 70°. The mini ng fractures at two ends of coal mining face would be major channels of mine water inrush and mine sand inrush.
