    为了提高矿井水利用率,针对我国常见的高悬浮物矿井水,提出了高效旋流一体化净化技术,研究了其技术原理、工艺流程和技术优势,并将此技术应用于张家峁煤矿矿井水处理站,探讨了其在实际应用中的处理效果和综合效益。结果表明:与传统处理技术相比,高效旋流一体化净化技术原理先进,工艺操作简便,具有处理效率高、耐冲击(悬浮物SS质量浓度30~100 000 mg/L)、占地面积小、运行成本低等优点;其应用于张家峁矿井水处理站后,矿井水SS质量浓度由1 466 mg/L下降至4 mg/L,且COD、浊度、总铁等都达到相关标准,处理后的水可回用于黄泥注浆、井下消防洒水以及作为生活日用水备用水源;可直接节约水费720万元/a,节约水处理费用39.6万元/a。

  • Abstract

    In order to improve the utilization ratio of mine water in our country and realize the green sustainable development of the coal industry,aiming at the com mon high suspended solids( SS) mine water in our country,the high-efficiency integrative swirling purification technology was proposed,and the technical principle,proce ss and advantages were studied. Meanwhile,it was applied in Zhangjiamao Mine water treatment station,and the treatment effect and comprehensive benefit of it were d iscussed. The results show that compared with the traditional treatment techniques,the technical principle is advanced, and this technology has the advantages of high t reatment efficiency,impact resistance( ss mass concentration 30 ~ 100 000 mg/L),small occupied area and low operation cost and others. After it was applied to the Zh angjiamao Mine water treatment station,the concentration of sS decreases from 1 466 mg/L to 4 mg/L,and the COD,turbidity and total iron in mine water reached the rel evant standards,and the mine water treated could be used in yellow slurry grouting,downhole fire sprinkler and daily water reserve.It can directly save water fees by 7.2 million yuan per year and save water treatment costs by 396 000 yuan per year.
