Research on safety linkage control technology of gas in fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining face

高瓦斯综放工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数容易超限,影响综放开采的顺利进行。针对如何实现综放开采瓦斯安全联动控制,给出了综放开采工作面瓦斯联动控制方案,在现有综采自动化系统基础上加装瓦斯传感器进行瓦斯体积分数数据监测,通过对综采自动化系统进行瓦斯体积分数预测模型分析并进行程序设计,实现综放开采瓦斯体积分数与采煤机、综放开采放煤的安全联动控制。针对采煤机速度和放煤动作与瓦斯进行联动控制,利用自回归滑动平均模型预测以30 s为周期对未来5 min进行区间预测,形成瓦斯体积分数0.8%作为控制值但不超过1.0%的联动控制逻辑,给出了控制策略和控制逻辑图,同时划定0、1、2三级预警利于软件界面展示。在王家岭煤矿12309综放工作面进行了现场应用,现场应用表明,采煤机割煤速度稳定在5.83~7.00 m/min,实际采用同一时间放煤口开关数量不大于2个,实现了瓦斯与采煤机、放煤关联控制,综合提升采放效率20%以上。研究可为类似条件下的工作面安全高效回采提供借鉴。
The gas concentration at the corners of fully-mechanized top-coal caving face with high gas is easy to exceed the limit, which affects the smooth operation of fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining. Aiming at how to realize the gas safety linkage control of full-mechanized caving mining, this paper presents the gas linkage control scheme of sublevel caving mining working face with fully-mechanized top-coal automation system based on the current gas sensors for monitoring gas concentration data. On the basis of the existing fully-mechanized top-coal mining automation system, a gas sensor is installed to monitor the gas volume fraction data. The system conducts gas volume fraction prediction model analysis and program design to realize the safe linkage control of gas volume fraction in fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining, shearer and fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining.Aiming at the linkage control of coal shearer speed and coal discharge action with gas, the auto-regressive moving average model is used to forecast the interval for the next 5 minutes with a period of 30 s as the cycle, and the gas volume fraction is 0.8% as the control value but not more than 1.0% is formed. The control strategy and control logic diagram are given. At the same time, the classification of 0, 1 and 2 levels of early warningis delineated to facilitate software interface display.The field application was carried out in the 12309 fully-mechanized top-coal caving face of Wangjialing Coal Mine. It shows that the coal cutting speed of shearer is stable at 5.83~7.00 m/min, and the number of coal drawing port switch is not more than 2 at the same time, which realizes the associated control of gas, shearer and coal drawing, and comprehensively improves the mining and caving efficiency by more than 20%.The study can provide reference for safe and efficientmining of working face under similar conditions.
