    基于工作面回采过程中由于巷道底板岩性软弱,以及回采过程中会产生应力集中,巷道底鼓现象较为常见的问题,采用回采巷道的蝶形塑性区理论,以孙疃矿回采巷道发生的底鼓破坏作为研究背景,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析采动影响下巷道底鼓的发生机理。结果表明:(1)巷道所处的应力环境不同,所形成的塑性区形态也会不同,大主应力比的情况下,巷道围岩塑性区会出现蝶形分布,且蝶叶的方向随着主应力方向的旋转发生改变;(2)在采动影响下,会造成原岩应力场和采动应力场的叠加,从而在巷道围岩内形成高偏应力差,且最大主应力方向会向回采工作面一侧发生偏转,使塑性区蝶叶转向巷道底板,由于蝶叶的旋转导致底板岩石遭到破坏。研究结果对造成巷道底鼓破坏的原因有了一个新的认识。
  • Abstract

    For because of the weak rock roadway, in the process of mining face in the process of the extraction and produce stress concentration, the phenomenon is common problem of floor heave of roadway, the plastic zone theory, USES the roadway, butterfly in sun Tuan ore extraction roadway floor heave damage as the research background, used FLAC3D numerical simulation software analysis of floor heave of roadway under the influence of mining mechanism.The results show that: ① roadway stress environment is different, the formation of plastic zone shape will be different, large principal stress ratio, the plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock will appear butterfly distribution, and the direction of butterfly leaf rotation with the direction of principal stress rotation; ② under the influence of mining, the surrounding rock of mining roadway will produce a large deviating stress, and the direction of the maximum principal stress will deflect to one side of the mining face, so that the butterfly blade in the plastic zone will turn to the roadway floor. The butterfly blade’s rotation will cause the floor rock to be destroyed, resulting in floor heave.The research results provide a new understanding of the failure mechanism of roadway floor heave.
