    为了解决复合型顶板大采高工作面发生冒顶事故严重影响矿井高效回采的问题,通过分析盘区4个工作面局部漏冒实例,受多重叠加应力影响造成局部漏冒,从地质条件、现场管理、支护强度、来压规律等方面深入分析顶板漏冒原因,提出了划定特殊区域、水压欲裂顶板、补强锚索支护+注高分子材料维护顶板稳定性、强化矿压观测等顶板预控技术,并在12-04工作面进行试验,现场测试结果:巷道收敛变形量减少超过50%,巷道压力降低12%~27%,工作面动载系数降低0.14~0.22,梁端距缩短至2 m以内,未发生顶板漏冒事件,实践表明预先采取措施有效控制顶帮稳定,提高煤体的强度,为同盘区接续大采高工作面顶板治理提供借鉴。
  • Abstract

    In order to solve the problem that the roof fall accident in the large mining height working face with compound roof seriously affects the efficient mining of the mine, through analysis of the local leakage examples of the four working faces in the panel area, which were affected by multiple overlapping stresses, the causes of roof leakage were deeply analyzed from the aspects of geological conditions, site management, support strength, and pressure law, and the paper proposes to delimit special areas, crack roof under water pressure Reinforce anchor cable support+inject polymer materials to maintain roof stability, strengthen rock pressure observation and other roof pre-control technologies, and conduct tests at 12-04 working face. The field test results: the roadway convergence deformation was reduced by more than 50%, the roadway pressure was reduced by 12%-27%, the working face dynamic load coefficient was reduced by 0.14-0.22, the beam end distance was shortened to less than 2 m, and no roof leakage occurs, The practice results showed that the measures taken in advance can effectively control the stability of the top wall and improve the strength of the coal body, which could provide a reference for the roof treatment of the continuous large mining height working face in the same panel.
