摘要
为提升智能化煤矿的生产经营水平,探索治理能力提升路径,根据煤矿监测监控数据要素与应用范式的特点,界定了智能化煤矿监测监控数据治理的概念内涵,提出了从基础数据采集,数据开发管理到数据价值形成的全过程数据治理的研究范式和总体框架,遵循数据驱动决策理念,形成了“信息挖掘—理论推演—场景应用”的数据价值实现过程,并构建了监测监控数据治理能力提升路径的结构方程理论模型,系统分析了智能化煤矿建设背景下监测监控数据治理能力提升的需求导向、学习元素与学习模式之间的传递作用与影响关系,探究了当前煤炭企业监测监控数据治理能力提升的关键路径。

Abstract
In order to improve the production and management level of intelligent coal mines, explore the path for improving data governance capability, based on the characteristics of data elements and application paradigm of coal mine monitoring and control, the concept and connotation of governance for intelligent coal mine monitoring and control data defined, and a research paradigm and overall framework are proposed for the entire process of data governance, from basic data collection, data development management to data value creation. Following the concept of data-driven decision-making, a process of data value realization is formed, which includes information mining, theoretical deduction and scenario application. Also, a structural equation theoretical model is constructed for improving the data governance capability and systematically the transmission and impact relationship are analyzed between the demand orientation, learning elements, and learning modes for improving the data governance capability in the context of constructing intelligent coal mines. Finally, the key path for enhancing the monitoring and control data governance capability for current coal enterprises is explored.
