基于OpenCV的瓦斯爆炸火焰形态演化与传播速度关系的研究

    为获取瓦斯爆炸火焰形态,计算火焰传播速度,利用激光纹影技术拍摄了管道内爆炸火焰传播图像,比较了OpenCV中Canny、Sobel、Scharr、Laplacian算子的计算结果,分析了障碍物作用下的火焰形态变化以及火焰轴向传播速度与变化规律。结果表明:基于OpenCV的边缘检测方法对复杂条件下爆炸火焰边缘的显示效果清晰,火焰边缘位置检测结果准确。边缘检测算子对火焰边缘检测结果有重要影响,四种算子中,Canny算子对火焰边缘位置检测最为精确,满足火焰形态分析与速度计算的需要。激波管空载时火焰锋面产生内含涡流的球状褶皱;单个障碍物时,障碍物后方形成孔洞状火焰面褶皱;两个障碍物时,障碍物间湍流度提升致使火焰锋面快速扩张。基于Canny算子边缘检测图像获得的火焰传播速度可知,管内无障碍物时,火焰运动近乎停滞后“突跃式”向前传播,峰值速度提升了13.3%。加入一个障碍物时,火焰轴向速度显著降低后震荡上升,峰值速度提升了14.2%;两个障碍物时,火焰产生反向速度,且速度峰值增幅最大,为25.9%。计算得出的火焰速度分布规律与爆炸图像一致,表明该方法能计算复杂条件下火焰锋面轴向速度时空分布。
  • Abstract
    In order to obtain the shape of the gas explosion flame and calculate the flame propagation speed,the image of the explosion flame propagation in the pipeline was taken by laser Schlieren technology,and the71calculation results of Canny,Sobel,Scharr and Laplacian operators in Open CV are compared.The variation offlame morphology and axial propagation velocity of flame under the action of obstacles are analyzed.Theresults show that the edge detection method based on Open CV has a clear display effect on the edge of explosion flame under complex conditions,and the result of flame edge location detection is accurate.The edge detection operator has an important influence on the flame edge detection results.Among the four operators,Canny operator is the most accurate to detect the flame edge position,which meets the needs of flame shape analysis and velocity calculation.When the shock tube is unloaded,the flame front produces spherical folds containing eddy currents.In the case of a single obstacle,a hollow flame surface fold is formed behind the obstacle.When there are two obstacles,the turbulence between the obstacles increases and the flame front expands rapidly.Based on the flame propagation velocity obtained by the edge detection image of the Canny operator,itcan be seen that when there is no obstacle in the tube,the flame moves forward in a " leap" mode after almoststopping,and the peak velocity increases by 13.3%.When an obstacle is added,the flame axial velocity decreases significantly and then oscillates up,the peak velocity increases by 14.2%.When there are two obstacles,the flame produces reverse velocity,and the peak velocity increases by 25.9%.The calculated flame velocity distribution is consistent with the explosion image,which shows that this method can calculate the temporal and spatial distribution of flame front axial velocity under complex conditions.
