    为了解决传统水热合成粉煤灰基托贝莫来石时间长、能耗高的问题,提出使用微波水热合成粉煤灰基托贝莫来石。以粉煤灰、氢氧化钙为原料,在Ca和Al+Si摩尔比0.83、液固比30mL/g、合成温度220℃的条件进行微波与传统水热合成试验,并进行XRD,SEM,FTIR,N2吸附测试。结果表明,微波与传统水热合成的主要产物均为铝代托贝莫来石,呈长片状。与传统水热合成产物相比较,微波水热合成产物平均孔径较小、比表面积大,合成时间仅为传统水热合成时间的一半。因此,采用微波水热合成粉煤灰基托贝莫来石更具优势,为微波蒸压技术制备以托贝莫来石为主要水化产物的加气混凝土提供了技术指导和理论参考。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the issues including long time and high energy consumption of traditional hydro‑thermal synthesis of fly ash based tobermorite,microwave hydrothermal synthesis of fly ash based tober‑morite was proposed. Fly ash and calcium hydroxide were used as raw materials,microwave and traditional hydrothermal synthesis experiments were carried out under the conditions of Ca/(Al+Si) molar ratio at 0.83,liquid-solid ratio of 30 ml/g and synthesis temperature of 220 ℃ . Following this,XRD,SEM,FTIR and N2 adsorption tests were conducted. Results showed that the main products obtained by either microwave or traditional hydrothermal synthesis were aluminum substituted tobermorite in long flakes. Compared with the products synthesized by traditional hydrothermal condition,the products synthesised by microwave hydro‑thermal condition had smaller average pore size and larger specific surface area. In addition,the synthesis time was only half of the traditional hydrothermal synthesis time. Therefore,fly ash based tobermorite ob‑tained under microwave hydrothermal condition had more advantages. This could provide some technical guidance and theoretical reference for preparing aerated concrete with tobermorite as the main hydration product using microwave autoclaved technology.
