载荷作用下“两带”发育高度规律研究

    为研究不同厚度松散层覆盖下的采动覆岩破坏规律,运用FLAC3D数值模拟和理论计算分析了不同载荷作用下的垮落带和导水裂缝带的破坏高度。研究结果表明:当载荷为0时,垮采比为12.5,裂采比为42.5;载荷为2 MPa时,垮采比为13,裂采比为86.5;载荷为4 MPa时,垮采比为13,裂采比为116.5;载荷为6 MPa时,垮采比为13.5,裂采比为>125;随着载荷的增大,垮落带高度基本不变,导水裂缝带高度逐渐增大,且变化率逐渐降低;理论计算结果显示,垮采比为2.2~4.6,裂采比为10.7~16.3;“两带”高度预计经验公式未考虑载荷(埋深)作用,其理论计算“两带”高度结果与数值模拟结果相差较大。
  • Abstract
    To study the failure law of mining overburden under different thickness of loose layer, FLAC3D numerical simulation and theoretical calculation were used to analyze the failure height of caving zone and water flowing fractured zone under different loads. The results showed that when the load was 0, the collapse mining ratio was 12.5, and the crack mining ratio was 42.5 ; when the load was 2 MPa, the collapse mining ratio was 13, and the crack mining ratio was 86.5 ; when the load was 4 MPa, the collapse mining ratio was 13, and the crack mining ratio was 116.5 ; when the load was 6 MPa, the collapse mining ratio was 13.5, and the crack mining ratio was > 125 ; with the increase of load, the height of caving zone was basically unchanged, the height of water flowing fracture zone increased gradually, and the change rate decreased gradually. The theoretical calculation results showed that the collapse mining ratio was 2.2 ~ 4.6, and the crack mining ratio was 10.7 ~ 16.3 ; the empirical formula for predicting the height of ' two belts ' did not consider the effect of load ( buried depth ), and the theoretical calculation results of the height of ' two belts ' were quite different from the numerical simulation results.
