摘要
当前煤矿井下巷道测风主要有传统人工测量和自动化产品代替人工两种方案。人工测量需要测风员沿着固定路线匀速移动风表,且需人工到达不同测风点实施测风,工作效率低、工作强度大。目前行业内相关自动化装置结构复杂,影响测风数据,且对巷道的适应性较差。提出基于六线法测风的自动测风装置,可通过上位机下发风表运动路径文件实现运动规划,从而达到井下对多个巷道无人化一键测风的效果。该测风装置对标人为测风,可通过设置参数来适应不同断面积巷道,其测风结果准确性大于95%,其具有自动化程度高、测量准确性高、结构更为优化、无需复杂电缆、适用性更强的优点。

Abstract
Currently, there are two main methods for measuring wind in underground coal mines: traditionalmanual measurement and automated products replacing manual work. Manual measurement requires wind testers tomove the wind meter at a constant speed along a fixed route and manually reach different wind measurement pointsfor wind measurement, resulting in low work efficiency and high work intensity. At present, the structure of relatedautomation devices in the industry is complex, which affects wind measurement data and has poor adaptability totunnels. An automatic wind measurement device was proposed based on the six line method, which could achievemotion planning by sending the wind meter motion path file to the upper computer, thereby achieving the effect ofunmanned one click wind measurement for multiple tunnels underground. This wind measurement device wasdesigned to measure human wind and could adapt to different cross-sectional areas of tunnels by setting parameters.The accuracy of the wind measurement results was greater than 95% . It has the advantages of high automation,high measurement accuracy, more optimized structure, no need for complex cables, and stronger applicability.
