  • 摘要

    为减少煤炭资源浪费,保障工作面开采期间巷道的稳定性,本文采用现场监测、数值模拟和理论分析相结合的研究手段,对龙华煤矿30203工作面区段煤柱的合理留设宽度进行研究。结果表明:30203工作面区段煤柱塑性区宽度为1.8 m,运输顺槽超前支承压力影响范围为25 m;辅运顺槽侧超前支承压力影响范围为20 m,随着工作面的推进,回采巷道顶底板移近量为50 mm,两帮位移量为5 mm。理论计算得出区段煤柱合理宽度为14.86~15.26 m;采用数值模拟验证了优化后的15 m宽区段煤柱能够满足工作面安全生产的要求,区段煤柱能够保持良好的稳定性,研究成果为类似条件矿井安全生产提供借鉴。

  • Abstract

    In order to reduce the waste of coal resources and ensure the stability of roadway during mining, the reasonable width of coal pillar in No. 30203 Face of Longhua Mine was studied by means of field monitoring, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The results showed that the width of the plastic zone of the section coal pillar in No.30203 Face was 1.8 m, and the influence range of the advance support pressure of the transportation gateway was 25 m ; the influence range of the advance abutment pressure on the side of the auxiliary transport trough was 20 m. With the advancement of the working face, the convergence of the roof and floor of the mining roadway was 50 mm, and the displacement of the two sides was 5 mm. The theoretical calculation showed that the reasonable width of the section coal pillar was 14.86m ~ 15.26m ; numerical simulation was used to verify that the optimized 15 m wide section coal pillar could meet the requirements of safe production in the working face, and the section coal pillar could maintain good stability. The research results provided a reference for the safe production of mines under similar conditions.
