    针对浅埋综采工作面过上煤层空巷顶板失稳难以控制的问题,以龙华煤矿20112综采工作面过上煤层空斜巷为研究背景,采用理论分析和现场试验的方法对工作面过上煤层空斜巷填充方案和防控方法进行了研究。结果表明,回风空斜巷在高水速凝材料预注浆后与锚杆、锚索、强力墩柱形成的联合支护体能够有效控制回采过程中上煤层空斜巷顶底板岩层的变形量,确保了回采过程中空斜巷围岩的稳定性,实现了工作面安全顺利通过上煤层空斜巷。该研究为类似条件下开采提供了参考。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to control the roof instability of the empty roadway in the upper coal seam of the shallow fully mechanized mining face, No. 20112 fully mechanized mining face of Longhua Coal Mine was taken as the research background, the filling scheme and prevention method of the empty roadway in the upper coal seam of the working face were studied by theoretical analysis and field test. The results showed that : the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway was reinforced and supported, so that the combined support body formed by the return air empty inclined roadway with the bolt, anchor cable and strong pier after the pre-grouting of high-water quick-setting material could effectively control the deformation of the roof and floor strata of the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway during the mining process, ensured the stability of the surrounding rock of the hollow inclined roadway during the mining process, and realized the safe and smooth passage of the working face through the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway. This study provided a reference for mining under similar conditions.
