    我国西北、东北地区煤炭资源丰富,当地煤炭企业智能化建设面临技术工艺和极端环境挑战,且相关案例较少。为解决上述问题,以蒙古国ETT选煤厂项目为背景构建了一套选煤厂控制系统建设方案:为确保系统稳定运行,采用了ABB公司的System 800xA DCS控制系统,并采取了安装散热设备和防尘防水外壳等多项技术措施来应对高温高寒环境;在网络结构方面,ETT选煤厂配置了冗余的CS服务器和AS服务器,确保系统的稳定通讯和正常工作;控制系统具备集中控制和就地控制两种模式,可根据不同操作环境灵活切换;此外,系统还设有多种安全策略,如声光报警信号、允启制等,以确保人员和设备安全;智能控制方面,实现了悬浮液密度、液位与煤泥含量的协同控制,自动配煤,以及智能浓缩加药与压滤。实践表明:ETT选煤厂实现了关键参数的实时采集和显示;优化了生产流程,减少了停机时间,设备远程控制和故障复位操作时间每天节约15~30 min,因检修导致的设备停机时间每月减少10~12 h;降低了人工成本,生产人员减少2人。ETT选煤厂DCS控制系统运行稳定可靠,成功应对了高温高寒地区的极端环境挑战,保障了生产的连续性和产品质量的稳定性,为我国西北、东北地区选煤厂的智能化建设提供了有益参考。

  • Abstract

    China′s northwestern and northeastern regions are rich in coal resources. However, the local coal-related enterprises are facing not only technological challenges but also those imposed by extreme environment. Yet, few cases in this respect have been reported in points of detail. The control system developed for Mongolia′s ETT Coal Preparation Plant proves to be a solution to the problems. To ensure steady operation of the control system, the system 800xA DCS of the ABB company is introduced, and multiple technical measures, such as fitting radiators and dustproof and waterproof enclosures, are adopted for protection against the impact of extreme environment. In regard to network structure, the plant is provided with CS redundant server and AS server for ensuring the system′s stable communication and operation. The system is able to work in either centralized or local control mode which can be flexibly changed over depending on operating conditions. For ensuring safety of operators and equipment, the system is provided with audio and visual alarm devices and the means for guarding against accidental start-up. With the use of the system, coordinated control of level, density and slime content of medium suspension as well as blending of coal, thickening and dosing of agents and press filtration operation can all be made automatically in an intelligent manner. Application of the control system at ETT Plant has made it possible to carry out real-time collection and display of key operating parameters, optimize coal washing process and cut equipment shutdown time. Furthermore, its use has led to a save of the time required for making remote control and resetting after clearance of faults by 15 ~ 30 minutes per day, cut of the shutdown time of equipment for maintenance by 10 ~ 12 hours each month, and cut of labor cost due to reduction of two operators. The DCS control system proves to be reliable in operation in ETT Plant and its use has successfully coped with the challenge posed by extremely harsh environmental conditions, guaranteed uninterrupted coal washing operation and quality consistency of coal products. The successful use of the control system can serve as a valuable reference for development of intelligent coal preparation plants in China′s northwestern and northeastern regions.
