Physicochemical Characterisation and Ecological Risk Assessment of Coal Gangue in Xinwen Mine Area

为进一步推进新汶矿区煤矸石的无害化和资源化利用,采集了新汶矿区不同煤矿的煤矸石,利用XRD、XRF、ICP-OES及工业分析法进行煤矸石理化特征分析,并进行生态风险评价研究,结果表明:新汶矿区煤矸石样品均具有低水分、高灰、低硫、低发热量的特征,矿物成分主要以石英、黏土矿物、长石和白云石等矿物为主,化学成分主要为SiO2、A12O3和Fe2O3,具有中硅、高铝特征,属于黏土岩类矸石;煤矸石中Se处于高度富集状态,有机质为6.14%~16.12%;Fe、Mn、Zn等有效态和速效K含量较高;重金属元素检测结果均小于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值,Zn和Cu的浸出浓度相对较高;总体判断认为新汶矿区煤矸石中重金属总潜在生态风险程度为低度,但需要针对Hg和Cd元素进行重点防控,避免带来较大的安全隐患。
In order to further promote the harmless and resourceful utilisation of coal gangue in Xinwen mining area, the gangue from different coal mines in Xinwen mining area was collected, and used XRD, XRF, ICP-OES and industrial analysis method to analyse the physical and chemical characteristics of gangue, and carried out the ecological risk evaluation study, and the results show that: all the samples of coal gangue in Xinwen mining area are with the characteristics of low moisture, high ash, low sulphur, and low calorific value, and the mineral composition is mainly based on the minerals of Quartz, clay minerals, feldspar and dolomite and other minerals, the chemical composition is mainly SiO, A1O and FeO, with medium silicon, high alumina characteristics, belong to the clay rock gangue; Se in the gangue is in a highly enriched state, the organic matter is 6.14%~16.12%; Fe, Mn, Zn and other effective state and quick K content is higher; heavy metal element detection results are less than the risk screening value of agricultural land The results of heavy metal elements are less than the screening value of soil pollution risk in agricultural land, and the leaching concentration of Zn and Cu is relatively high; the overall judgement is that the total potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the gangue of Xinwen mining area is low, but it is necessary to carry out prevention and control of the elements of Hg and Cd, to avoid the greater safety hazards.
