摘要
将提升管形式的炭颗粒分离器耦合进化学链燃烧双流化床系统,搭建了冷模实验平台,在冷态条件下研究了载氧体/焦炭二元颗粒在化学链燃烧系统中的气固两相流动特性及在炭颗粒分离器中的分离特性。实验结果表明,所提出和搭建的带炭颗粒分离功能的化学链系统具有良好的运行稳定性,可以有效控制系统的循环量。炭颗粒分离器可以有效地对二元颗粒进行分离,轻质炭颗粒的分离效率大于90%。高效的炭颗粒分离器延长了焦炭颗粒在燃料反应器中的停留时间,可以有效地提升化学链燃烧中的碳捕集效率。

Abstract
The riser based carbon stripper was coupled into the coal-fired chemical looping combustion system. The flow dynamics of the two type particles mixture and the separation ability of carbon stripper were studied in the cold model system. The results indicate that the system can be operated stably and the solids circulation rate can be adjus- ted in a certain range. In addition,the carbon stripper coupled into the system can effectively separate the two type particles,which can extend the residence time of light particles. Therefore,the carbon capture efficiency can be en- hanced through coupling the riser based carbon stripper into the system.
