    为满足变频带式输送机载煤量自动匹配调速控制的要求,实现节能降耗,研发了一种基于视频的矿井带式输送机自动调速控制。该系统使用数字摄像仪,利用视频图像处理技术动态获取带式输送机上的瞬时煤量;结合矿井运输系统的拓扑结构,自动计算物料(煤)的运输长度,建立运输系统模型,获取煤流动态分布情况;在此基础上,自动调整变频器的转速,实现带式输送机速度与运输煤量匹配。在中国神华神东公司哈拉沟煤矿运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,在满足实际生产的条件下,有效地将变频带式输送机的平均转速降至86%,达到了节能降耗、延长输送带寿命、提高经济效益的目的。

  • Abstract
    In order to meet the requirement of the automatic matching and speed control according to the coal loading on the frequency conversion belt conveyor and to realize the ener gy saving and consumption reduction, an automatic speed control system of the mine belt conveyor was provided based on the video. A digital camera was applied to the system and a video image processing technology was applied to dynamically pick up the transient coal quantity on the belt conveyor. In combination with the topology structure of the mine transportation system, the transportation distance of the material ( coal) could be automatically calculated, a transportation system model was established and the dynamic distribution condition of the coal flow could be picked up. Based on the circumstances, the revolution of the frequency converter could be atomically adjusted and the matching between the speed and the coal quantity of the belt convey or could be realized The operation results of Halagou Mine, Shenhua Shendong Company showed that the operation of the system was stable and the effect was obvious. Under the condition of meeting the actual production, the average revolution of the frequency conversion belt conveyor could be effectively reduced to 86% and could reach the targets of the energy saving and consumption reduction, the service life of the conveyor belt expanded and the economic benefit were improved .
