    基于国内外煤质活性炭的研究现状,归纳了不同变质程度原料煤对活性炭孔结构的影响,总结提出了煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构影响的一般性规律,并分析了煤质活性炭的发展趋势以及研究煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构影响规律的重要意义。结果表明:原料煤的变质程度越高,活性炭孔结构的微孔越发达,随着变质程度的降低,活性炭孔结构的中孔比例逐渐增加,这种趋势在烟煤各小类之间表现得尤为明显;煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构的影响规律是配煤制备活性炭技术的基础,可为活性炭孔结构的调控提供理论参考,以实现根据吸附质的尺寸针对性选用合适吸附剂的目的。
  • Abstract
    Based on research status of coal based activated caroons at home and broad,the paper concluded the raw material coal with different melamorphic degree affcted to the pore structure of ctivated caron,summarized general law of coal metamorphic dege ffected to the pore structure of actiated carbon.analzed developnent tendency of coal based activated cabon and studied the impertant signficances of coal metamorphic degree affeced to the pore stoncture of the activated carnoon.T7he resutis showed tat the higher of coal metamorphic degree was and the micro pore of aciated caroon pore structure would be ighly developed.With the metamorphic degree decreased,the mesopore percentage in the pore stricture of ctivated caoon would be steadily inreased and such tendency would be obvious in e&ch subclass of biuminous coal The influencelaw of the coal melamorphic degree affeced to the pore structure of the acivated cabon would be fechnical base to pre:are acivated caroon and could provide theoretcal references to adjust porestructure of acivated cabon in order to realize target to properly selec sutable dsoner according to size of adsorbed quality.
