    为研究多膛炉工艺控制原理,考察影响多膛炉生产稳定性的因素,给工业化多膛炉制备活性炭提供关键工艺参数,应用进料量50 kg/h级多膛炉中试装置,依靠活化吸热反应和燃烧放热反应维持多膛炉的热量平衡,研究制备活性炭产品的工艺。结果表明:在不提高活化层温度的条件下,增加炭化料的停留时间可以在一定程度上提高吸附性能,然而当停留时间超过8 h就会出现活性炭过烧,吸附性能下降的状况;增加水蒸气通入压力或将炉膛压力由微负压调节至微正压都不能改善活性炭产品的吸附性能;降低活化层的水蒸气通入量和调节喷射空气阀门开度,提高活化层最高温度至952℃,可以制备出碘值超过930 mg/g的活性炭产品。

    in orderto study technical ontrol principle and statility facor in production of the multple hearth urnace and provide key parameters to industrialized unit for activated caoo preparation.echnology of activated caroon prepared were studtied in 50 kg i h mutiple hearth funace which maintained heat balance mainly basing on activation enothemic reaction and exothemic combustion reactions. The resuts showed that increasing caronized materalresidence time could promote adsopton property of activated cabon products to a certain extent When caroonized materalresidence time beyond eight hours could cause overburning and reducing ofadsorpton properies.Increasing the pressureof steam into funace of changing furnace pressure from micro-negative prssure to micro-positive pressure could not improve adsoption property of activated caroon productsDecreasing steam ij ction ino activated lay er and reguating injecion air alves rase the maximum temperatureof activated layer ino 952 'C.Ey promoting temperature of activated layer could produce acivated carbon which iodine adsorption value beyond 930 mg / g.
