煤层气多分支井地质导向技术应用分析

  • 摘要
    为提高煤层钻遇率,基于现场地质导向要求及技术难点,总结出较为系统的煤层多分支井地质导向原理及方法。分析了着陆段和水平段的导向技术,建立了地质导向工作流程和实时跟踪调整的导向方法,提出了煤层气多分支井中的地质导向技术。通过在郑庄区块郑0A-1H井的应用实例,验证了煤层气多分支井地质导向方法的适用性和应用效果,2次成功调整井眼轨迹,使已钻出底板的井眼重新钻入煤层,顺利完钻,钻井总进尺达到5 257 m,煤层段总进尺3 673 m,煤层钻遇率达85.14%。对该区多分支井的地质导向技术具有一定指导意义。
  • Abstract
    in order to improve a seam c lling ratio.based on the site geoseeing requirement and fechnical dificuties a systemaic geosteering principle and method of the seam muri branch wels were summarzed.The steering technology of the landing and horizontal secion was analzed.The geosteering working procedure and the real tie tracing adjustment steering nethod were established and the geosteering technology of the coalbed methane mutif branch wells wasprovided.Nith the application case of Z0A-1H well in Zhengzhuang Block.the suitability and aplicaion efect of thecoalbed metihane muti branch well geoseeing method were veifed.The well bore racing wa sucestilly adjusted tvice,the wel bore drlld through foorwas retuned to the sean and the trllig vas successul complefed.The total driling footage was 5 257 m,the total illing in sean was 3 673 m and the seam driling ratio was85.14%. The geosteeing technology would havecertain guidance significances to the multi branch wells in the block.
