摘要
为了科学量化井下瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔深度,确立底抽巷穿层钻孔封孔深度的参照指标,提高抽采效率,采用围岩多点位移量观测法和超声波探测法测定了抽采钻场围岩松动破裂范围,采用数值计算和钻孔钻进速率分析法得到了钻场围岩应力集中边界位置,最后根据不同封孔深度的抽采效果对比试验确定了沙曲矿底抽巷穿层钻孔合理封孔深度。现场观测结果表明:抽采钻场最大围岩松动破裂范围为2 m,钻场围岩应力集中区范围为9 m,底抽巷穿层瓦斯抽采钻孔合理封孔深度为10 m,即应超过钻场围岩应力集中区。研究结论不仅有效提高了沙曲矿底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采效率,同时可为其他类似条件矿井抽采钻孔封孔深度提供分析参考。
