  • 摘要
    为解决王庄煤矿大断面支架换装硐室底鼓量大的问题,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法对特大断面硐室底板变形破坏特征进行了分析,提出了反底拱和底板锚索群加固2种底鼓控制技术,并用FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了2种底鼓控制方案的数值计算模型,并对其支护效果进行了对比。结果表明:硐室底板破坏深度达到2.2 m,塑性区半径达12 m,底鼓控制难度大,特大断面硐室底板锚索群控制底鼓效果明显优于反底拱。现场应用表明实施底板锚索群注浆加固措施后,巷道最大底鼓量为80 mm,能较好地控制底鼓。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve a high floor heave problem of the large cross section powered support reconstruction chamber in WangzhuangMine,a theoretical calculatio n and numerical simulation method were applied to the analysis on the floor deformation and failure features ofthe ultra large chamber. TWo floor heave control technologie s of the reverse arch and floor anchor group reinforcement were provided. TheFLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software was applied to establish a numerical calculation mod el with two floor heave control planes and acomparison was conducted on the support effect. The results showed that the floor failure depth of the chamber was 2. 2 m,the radius of theplastic zone was 12 m,the floor heave control was a big problem and the floor heave control effect of the floor anchor group of the largecross section chamber was obviously better than the reverse arch. The site application showed that after the grouting reinforcement measuresof the floor anchor group conducted,the max floor he ave value was 80 mm and the floor heave could be well controlled.
