摘要
针对煤被水浸后,自然发火次数大幅增加的现象,以葫芦素2--1煤为研究对象,利用煤自然发火模拟系统,测试了不同含水率煤样在氧化自燃过程中CO与C2H4生成量,并基于CO浓度求解了煤自燃临界温度。结果表明:水分对煤自燃临界温度的影响是双重的,随着煤含水率的增大,煤自燃临界温度先增大后减小再增大,在最佳含水率时有极小值;含水率大于或小于最佳含水率时,都会抑制煤的自然发火,且含水率越大,抑制作用越明显;葫芦素2--1煤的自燃最佳含水率约为12.01%,在采空区疏放水时,应保持煤中的水分大于煤自燃最佳含水率。

According to coal been immersed in water, the phenomenon of coal spontaneous combustion would be highly increased in numbers. Based on No. 2-1 seam
in Hulusu Mine as the study object,a coal spontaneous combustion simulation system was applied to test and measure CO and C2H4 productions of different moisture cont
ent coal samples during the oxidized spontaneous combustion process and based on the CO concentration,the critical temperature of the coal spontaneous combustion wa
s solved. The results showed that the moisture affected to the critical temperature of the coal spontaneous combustion would be double. With the moisture content of the C
oal increased,the critical temperature of the coal spontaneous combustion would be firstly increased,then be reduced and then be increased. The optimum moisture conten
t would be a minimum sometime. When the moisture content was higher than or lower than the optimum moisture content,the moisture content all could restrain the coal sp
ontaneous combustion. The higher moisture content,the restraining function would be more obvious. The optimum moisture content of No. 2-1 coal spontaneous combustio
n in Hulusu Mine was 12. 01%. When a water discharging and drainage conducted in goaf,the water content in the coal should be kept higher than the optimum moisture co
ntent of the coal spontaneous combustion.
