摘要
为了防止煤粉产出导致的储层伤害与井下排采设备故障发生,以韩城地区煤层气生产为例,据煤储层特征的各向异性与煤层气开发的阶段特点,分析了煤粉产出力学机理、特征与规律,从地质预测预防、储层改造缓解、排采生产控制与工艺设备治理等方面对煤粉防治措施进行了综合分析。结果表明:煤粉产出力学机理包括储层压力波动与工程改造扰动;煤粉产出强度、成分、粒度、形态等具有空间差异性与时间阶段性的双重特征;采取综合防治措施,如应用测井数据辨识构造煤发育情况与煤层结构复杂程度、抑制无机矿物水岩反应与纳米颗粒捕捉固定煤粉、合理调控排采强度与稳定储层压力变化、监测示功图预警煤粉聚集程度、高效洗井与排采设备优选等,可有效降低煤粉伤害程度。

In order to prevent coal reservoir damage and underground gas drainage equipment failures caused by coal fines generation,taking the coalbed methane( C
BM) development in Hancheng as an example, based on the anisotropy of coal reservoir features and characteristics of stages in coalbed methane production,the mechanic
al mechanism,characteristics and rules of coal fines generation were analyzed. The comprehensive analysis of prevention and control measures for coal fines was conducte
d through geological prediction and prevention,reservoir reconstruction remission,production control,technology and equipment management. The results showed that the
mechanical mechanisms of coal fines generation included reservoir pressure fluctuation and engineering reconstruction disturbance.There were dual features of difference
s in space and stages in time duration for coal fines characteristics of yield,composition,particle size and morphology.The application of comprehensive prevention and cont
rol measures,such as identification of tectonic coal development and complexity of coal seam texture by logging data,inhibition of rock and fluid interactions in inorganic mi
nerals,capture and immobilization of coal fines by nanoparticles,rational management of production intensity and stabillization of reservoir pressure change,forewarning of C
oal fines aggregation degree by monitoring indicator diagram,well washing and equipment optimization,can effectively mitigate the damage of coal fines.
