摘要
为实现煤矿生产的自动化、集约化和现代化,针对中国平煤神马能源化工集团矿井生产自动化现状,探索研究了集团级矿井综合自动化研究与建设的有效模式,提出煤矿生产运输主煤流系统、安全保障系统和生产支持系统及安全生产信息管理为一体的矿井综合自动化系统建设方案;分析了矿井信息感知、矿井信息传输、矿井信息处理3项关键技术,介绍了涵盖语音、数据、图像、图文、调度等综合信息交换、传输与处理业务的综合数字网络平台、矿井各生产自动化系统的建设。通过构建完善的集团级矿井综合自动化体系,实现了管控一体化,提高了生产的安全性、运行效率及管控效率。

In order to realize an automation,intensification and modernization of the mine production,according to the mine production automation status of China Ping
mei Shenma Energy & chemical Group,the paper discovered and studied the effective mode of the comprehensive automation study and construction in the mines of the gr
oup and provided a construction plan of the mine comprehensive automation system integrated with the main coal flow system of the mine production and transportation,sa

ine. With the well comprehensive automation system of the group class mines established,management and control integration was realized and the production safety,oper
ation efficiency and management and control efficiency were improved.
