摘要
为解决济宁二号煤矿工作面回采距离短、掘进速度慢、采掘接替紧张的难题,通过采用墩柱压力试验、建立力学模型、理论计算及现场试验方法,创新性地提出采用墩柱结构进行沿空留巷。结果表明:墩柱能够满足留巷强度要求,切顶所需压力为21.96 MPa;当钢管内砂石质量配比为1.0∶1.6时,墩柱式沿空留巷效果最好,墩柱既能保持较高强度,又具有良好的可缩性;矿压观测结果显示顶底板移近量最大为596 mm,两帮移近量最大为299 mm,能够保证沿空留巷的稳定性。
