煤矿反井钻机滚刀破岩模拟试验台设计研究

  • 摘要
    为研究滚刀破岩机理和岩石可钻性与滚刀破岩的效果,研制了煤矿反井钻机滚刀破岩模拟试验台。该试验台能够实现滚刀直线方向运动下破岩过程的模拟,研究滚刀刀齿截距、法向压力、滚刀运转速度以及不同类型、型号的滚刀对破岩效果的影响。滚刀破岩模拟试验台采用液压伺服系统,可根据程序以及预先设置好的数据自动调整试验参数;利用高速摄像机拍摄滚刀破岩过程的具体细节;通过岩渣筛分得到岩石破碎过程中实际消耗的能量值,实现试验过程的可视化和智能化。试验运行证明,该机符合进行反井钻机滚刀破岩试验的要求。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the rock breaking mechanism of the rlling cuter, the rock dillillit and the rock breaking effect of the rolling cutter, a rock breaking si mulation test rig of the rolling cutter for the mine raise boring machine was researched and developed.The test rig could realize the simulation of the rock breaking proc ess under the straight-line motion of the rolling cutter, could study the tooth cutting distance of the rolling cutter, normal pressure, operation speed of the rolling cutter a s well as the different type and mode rolling cutter affected to the rock breaking effect. The rock breaking simulation test rig of the rolling cutter with the hydraulic servo system could automatically regulate the test parameters according to the program and the preset data.The high speed camera could be applied to picture the certain de tails on the rock breaking process of the rolling cutter.The actual consumed energy of the rock breaking process could be obtained with the rock cuttings screening.The visualization and the intelligent of the test process could be realized.The final test operation showed that the test ring could meet the requirements of the rock breaking test for the rolling cutter of the mine raise boring machine.
