摘要
针对整装一体化开发的矿区高质量发展的必然需求,以矿区本底特点为基础,结合政策、规范及研究现状,提出了绿色矿区高质量发展的实现路径规划体系,并从矿区环境建设、资源开发方式、生态保护与修复、资源综合利用、矿区节能减排、绿色创新驱动、企业管理与形象等7大路径进行了宏观规划,最后给出了分阶段定性与定量目标。研究成果对矿区绿色高质量发展具有现实参考价值。

Abstract
In response to the inevitable demand for high - quality development of integrated mining area, based on the characteristics of the local mine area,combined with policies,regulations,and research status,the systematic plan for achieving high- quality development of the green mining area was proposed. The plan covers seven macro paths, including mine environmental construction, resource development methods, ecological protection and restoration, comprehensive resource utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction in mining area,green innovation drive,and enterprise management and image. Finally,qualitative and quantitative targets were provided for each stage. The research results have practical guidance value for promoting green and high-quality development in mining area.
